Horrible service

This company provides horrible service. Did not deliver the flowers on the day they were guaranteed to be delivered. Did not communicate that fact, did not take responsability and refused to honor their satisfaction guarantee. Do not use this company. They are terrible and don't provide any customer service.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY! THEY COME ACROSS AS BEING AFFORDABLE BUT THE YOU PAY ALL KINDS OF FEES. THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE AND THE FLOWERS WERE SMALL COMPARED TO WHAT THEY SAY! ******* DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE ****** THEY DO NOT EVEN APPEAR TO HAVE A SHOP! FAKERS!

It was such a bad experience ordering through Blooms Today. They don't respect the Promise time and they lie about it. They also don't respect their "100% money back guarantee" according to the supervisor "it only applies to the flowers and not the service quality of the order". Its a ridiculous place to order flowers.....Don't order from here.

Don't be miss led. This is not a local florist. They are in a call center in another state. If you want to support a local shop. Grohe Florist and Atrellis Flowers and Gifts are the only local shops in Windsor.
